Tasting Notes
Like all things Italian, this coffee screams passion and vigour. Honey-smooth Brazilian coffee blended with deep, distinctive Sumatra Mandheling. This romantic Indonesian coffee is grown in rich, volcanic soil and is truly unique in its desired cedar notes, sweet tropical fruit aromatics and a richness that lingers on the palate.
This combination of 100% Arabica Italian style coffee is Sweet and smooth but complex and deep with a satisfying body. Beautiful as an Americano and rich enough to mix deliciously with milk.
Storing Your Coffee
We do not believe in putting top quality coffee in cheap paper bags. All our coffee is packed in foil bags that have a one-way valve to ensure freshness. Our 250g/500g bags also have the convenience of a zip seal, again to retain the coffee in prime condition. The specialist foil bag will ensure the last cup is as good as the first.
We recommend our coffee bags are zip sealed, then stored in a cool dark place. If you purchase coffee in kilo bags, then please ensure that you do not overfill your machine hopper, otherwise the beans will become stale and the oil will come to the surface of the bean. Store the remainder of the beans in an airtight containter, in a cool dark place.
