Tasting Notes
Columbia is one of the world’s largest producers of coffee and is proficient in producing truly delicious and sought after coffee. The rich soil, tropical climate and mountainous landscape are ideal for cultivating healthy and vigorous coffee plants. Only the large, high mountain-grown “supremo beans” are used in our Coffee. Supremo beans are the highest grade of Colombian coffee and hold its own among the best and most favoured coffees in the world.
This exquisite single origin coffee is made from superior 100% Arabica beans, infused with beautiful notes of sweet tangerine, raw sugar, and roasted walnuts. It's smooth and light, with a refreshingly mellow, clean character and a wonderful aroma.
Storing Your Coffee
We do not believe in putting top quality coffee in cheap paper bags. All our coffee is packed in foil bags that have a one-way valve to ensure freshness. Our 250g/500g bags also have the convenience of a zip seal, again to retain the coffee in prime condition. The specialist foil bag will ensure the last cup is as good as the first.
We recommend our coffee bags are zip sealed, then stored in a cool dark place. If you purchase coffee in kilo bags, then please ensure that you do not overfill your machine hopper, otherwise the beans will become stale and the oil will come to the surface of the bean. Store the remainder of the beans in an airtight containter, in a cool dark place.
