Ethopian Djimma

Ethopian Djimma

Tasting Notes

This coffee is not a powerhouse, but a sweet, bright, clean and refined Ethiopia cup. The dry fragrance has mild fruited hints, apple and peach, with hazelnuts and honey. Grown in the south east of Ethiopia an area nearest to the original trees that were first used for cultivation - the word coffee comes from the name of the Ethiopian town Kaffa.

  • Storing Your Coffee

We do not believe in putting top quality coffee in cheap paper bags. All our coffee is packed in foil bags that have a one-way valve to ensure freshness. Our 250g/500g bags also have the convenience of a zip seal, again to retain the coffee in prime condition. The specialist foil bag will ensure the last cup is as good as the first.

We recommend our coffee bags are zip sealed, then stored in a cool dark place. If you purchase coffee in kilo bags, then please ensure that you do not overfill your machine hopper, otherwise the beans will become stale and the oil will come to the surface of the bean. Store the remainder of the beans in an airtight containter, in a cool dark place.
