Tasting Notes
A delicate blend of finest quality beans from Brazil,Kenya, Nicaragua,Sumatra and 30% top rate Vietnamise Robusta. This is a welcome addition to our range being a very similar roast to our previous Java offering. Feedback from our regular Java customers say it's a slightly improved taste, on what was an already outstanding taste.
Storing Your Coffee
We do not believe in putting top quality coffee in cheap paper bags. All our coffee is packed in foil bags that have a one-way valve to ensure freshness. Our 250g/500g bags also have the convenience of a zip seal, again to retain the coffee in prime condition. The specialist foil bag will ensure the last cup is as good as the first.
We recommend our coffee bags are zip sealed, then stored in a cool dark place. If you purchase coffee in kilo bags, then please ensure that you do not overfill your machine hopper, otherwise the beans will become stale and the oil will come to the surface of the bean. Store the remainder of the beans in an airtight containter, in a cool dark place.
